  • We are proud to accept Step Up for Students as direct pay. Our trainers are passionate about working with students of all abilities and creating a positive, encouraging space where they feel safe and supported. Each session is designed to help students develop physical skills, social interaction, confidence, and independence, while having fun and feeling successful. We proudly work with students of all abilities and ages, with no minimum age requirement. Our youngest current student is 7 years old, and all training is thoughtfully designed to be safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate.

  • Distance doesn’t have to limit your progress. Our online training offers customized programming and expert guidance designed around your goals and lifestyle. Whether you’re training at home or in another gym, our coaches help you stay accountable, motivated, and on track—no matter where you’re located.

  • This add-on is for those who want more than just a workout plan. Our Accountability Training provides hands-on guidance with workouts, fitness habits, and diet, along with consistent check-ins to help you stay aligned with your goals—even when life gets busy.
