Josh Ramsey, personal trainer and owner
Josh is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a bachelor's degree emphasizing Physical Education. He has been a trainer since 2018 and has helped hundreds of clients achieve their physical and nutritional goals.
Josh founded Ramsland with the vision of creating an encouraging fitness environment where people could truly fall in love with health and fitness again. He is passionate about building a community that supports one another, celebrates personal victories, and inspires lasting lifestyle changes. Today, he is proud of the culture Ramsland has created—a place where members push each other to reach new strength milestones, achieve big lifts, and become the healthiest version of themselves.
Dio Valentin, personal trainer
Dio is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and practicing chiropractor in Port Orange. With a strong background in movement, rehabilitation, and injury prevention, she specializes in core strengthening, pelvic floor health, and proper lifting mechanics to help clients move safely and effectively. Dio has experience working with children, individuals with special needs, and clients of all fitness levels. Passionate about healthy living, she also brings firsthand bodybuilding experience and is dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and long-term wellness.
Jonathan mazza, personal trainer
Jonathan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a strong emphasis on strength training and performance-based fitness. Since beginning his training career in 2021, he has been dedicated to helping clients build strength, improve confidence, and achieve results that carry over into everyday life. He enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels and is committed to helping them develop sustainable habits that lead to lasting improvements in both their physical health and overall well-being. Whether a client is looking to gain strength, improve body composition, or simply feel healthier, Jonathan provides the guidance, motivation, and support needed to reach their goals.

With experience in bodybuilding and nutrition, Dylan brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to health and wellness. He has worked with younger athletes, middle-aged adults, older clients, and individuals with special needs, tailoring his approach to meet each client's unique goals and abilities.
